PM Visits Portsmouth Rotary

The Rotary Club of Portsmouth was honored to host the Honorable Prime Minister Roosevelt Skerrit on Thursday 3 April at its regular meeting. The Club invited the Prime Minister to see how Rotary and Government can partner to work on some much needed projects in and around the north of Dominica.
